Test Protocol
This is a handloaded ammo test on a (mostly) factory Ruger Precision Rifle chambered in 300 PRC. We are handloading 215gr Berger Hybrid Target bullets with Hodgdon Retumbo and H1000 powder to see if either powder provides more consistent velocity and accuracy on target. All shooting is done in 3-shot groups at 100 yards.
